The cashew tree is a tropical evergreen tree that produces the cashew seed and the cashew apple pseudo fruit. The tree can grow as high as 14 m, but the dwarf cultivars, growing up to 6 m, prove more profitable, with earlier maturity and greater yields.

Packaging the cashew kernels safely and hygienically is another aspect we never compromise upon. Our motive is to offer the best quality cashew products to our valued clients. Due to the delicate nature of the kernel, the cashews are packed in flexi packs made out of food grade electrolytic tin and filled with carbon dioxide to take care of safety and quality.
The minimum requirement of packaging is that the cashews should be safe till it reaches the customer. We can offer various range of Packaging according to the varying needs of our customers. We offer the following packing options.
- We have 50 lb flexi-pouch packs with CO2 in partial vacuum.
- We have 25 lb flexi-pouch packs with CO2 in partial vacuum.
- We have 25 lb Tin Packing in vacuumed and hermetically sealed.
- We have 10kg Tin Packing in vacuumed and hermetically sealed (provide as per customer choice)

Raw cashew nuts are broken by semi automatic RCN separate machine

Cooling
After the drying process is completed the closed room 12 hours during the cooling process is obtained.
